Not a single leader inspired confidence. It was like a 19 year old lance corporal suddenly put in charge of a platoon. Totally out of their element and scared.

Lester is much better public speaker than CEO Mumbles. Not totally convinced, but this guy at least sounds like he is a problem solver.

I work in Operations and can honestly say I'm looking forward to working in his organization.
And I'm not a– kissing, he genuinely seems like a human which, in terms of leadership, I've never experienced at this bank.
