Because teams compete to crank out as much work as possible right before a RIF. Leaders know it is coming.
I agree ! The workload is ridiculous ! Have not had a break or wellness time in a month but what does this have to do with a RIF?
I am in HAH and my workload has not increased. Changed to a different area a couple weeks ago but not really any extra work just a different focus. I do take my breaks. Our coach makes sure we do. Sorry you are having a hard time. Never know about the next RIF
