Chainsaw is from a wealthy banking family whose connections with Dimon and others secured an easy ride to the top. There is no possible way he can imagine the fear of a layoff in the middle of a pandemic and the possibility of losing one's home, health insurance, and livelihood. He has no frame of reference.
