I've worked here for close to 18 years. This company has fantastic employees, from a diverse group of all walks of life. I've made so many great friends here over the years. I can't tell you how many times i've worked with someone again after a number of years, or meet someone interesting for the first time. I was on a call the other day and talked to someone i worked with 10 years ago when their kids were young and told me they're now getting their first jobs out of high school. I worked with people in the deep south, people in India with interesting histories. I love learning about people, how they think, what motivates them, how they view the world, what drives them. This company has been around since the 1800's, not many companies can say that. Yes these are hard times, it feels very similar to 2008, but we're going to turn the corner, we must. I try and focus and prioritize, do the most critical items first and keep moving.
We've spent the last 3-4 years trying to make regulators happy and worked extremely hard. Never give into doubt or negative thoughts. You have a negative thought and your mind and work turn negative, you have positive thoughts and your mind and work turn positive. A third of the country does business with us, this country counts on us, we can do it and our future prospects have never been better we just have to reach out grab it.

Please start you own “We love Wells Fargo” website. And then you can deal with all the stupid people who come out on your pro-WFC website and insist on arguing with you.

@qzm+17F4YJki it's very telling that you used the word "mommy". The rest of us see WF for what it is - a scandal plagued bank with not leadership, and unless something changes soon, no future. You see it as your 'mommy'. Loyalty goes two ways. WF continues to give the American worker the finger. WF deserves nothing but contempt.

The people.at this company largely stink. Backstabbers, Kool-Aid drinkers and arse kissers. Toxic culture that is unsafe in every way.
You sound great. I wish I knew you. My story is much the same. I have remained positive up until this past year. It is because I have made so many great friends here that I have trouble watching loyal employees pay the price for mistakes that were not theirs. I have trouble that we are reporting to a guy who demanded $36,000,000 to come in and slice this place up, destroying employee morale at the same time. The Wells Fargo you know and love is a thing of the past, unfortunately.
I do think your post is great. You are trying to rally the troops and I admire you for that. If you and I were out having a couple glasses of good bourbon, would you say you support what and how things are happening with the new leadership?
THIS! I started one week before the scandal started publicly, and I'll still swear that I work with the best, most honest and honorable people who love their jobs and this company. There's a lot wrong, but there are so many people who want to make this better and are amazing people who are tops in their field.
