Thread regarding Wells Fargo & Co. layoffs

Legal Question

Is there anybody who has an employment lawyer who specializes in cases against Wells Fargo?

Asking for a friend, has nothing to do with being laid off it’s being treated like a wounded animal and s-xually harassed and treated differently than others.

I just filed with the eeoc and s* harassment is one of the reasons. You have to start the process by filing online with the eeoc. The eeoc will either investigate or give you a right to sue letter. Then, an attorney from your state who specializes in employment law and s-xual harassment can sue on your behalf. You can settle or go if not may need to go to civil court.

Your friend will want a lawyer in their state, since laws vary by state. A s-xual harassment claim can typically go to both the federal Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the state equivalent. Often you must pursue these administrative law routes before you can sue for s-xual harassment.
