Hiring Charlie has been a failure. Not only his ridiculous salary and signing bonus, but that of those he has brought it.
Also notice how Warren Buffet and Wall Street are totally unimpressed. The stock is DEAD. Charlie has done NOTHING to reestablish trust in the company. He doesn't have the experience, the knowledge, the skill set, or the ability to do so. He's in way over his head.
Keep in mind- Charlie was not a first round pick... Charlie was settled-on several months into the process... After others had said 'no thanks'...
Beware of any mind control techniques on the call tomorrow! I’m going to know if everyone starts chanting “It’s not Charlie’s fault. It’s not Charlie’s fault....”

1) I was candid/transparent when I said there would be layoffs/efficiencies.
2) I'm asking you to be compassionate for those who are laid off.
3) Focus on your work and don't get distracted (by the endless chaos).
Now I gotta' go back into my coffin, until I see you again (those who remain) in several months.
