Happy? That is laughable, this place creates a culture in most departments which is similar to being in a psych ward wondering if you are crazy or not.Only experience I have in that regard as law and order LOL thousands of people are treated like garbage daily and if they step up they are asked to leave. There’s no such thing as anonymous employee relations or anything else, that my friends is fake news
Only the “few” unhappy post? You must be new here. Take a seat in the front. Opinions are like a*holes. Everyone has one, some stink more than others. Appreciate all who do share insight here. Many here have benefited from knowing what’s happening behind the scenes, and what could come their way soon.

I am happily employed at Wells. I get paid quite a lot to do quite little. Could that come to an end, of course it could. I learned within a year of being employed here that there was no actual documented path to promotion. It was all feelings and conjecture with a mix of false “slots” available. Any position I have held I make the best of it for as long as it benefits me and sometimes beyond if required to make my move. If being your position/title is changed and you are incapable of making it out into a positive and believe it to be detriment you should start your exit.
I’m very happy yet I post. I’m still employed yet am in disgust of what the company has become.
Happy??? Only a sadists would be happy knowing so many have lost their jobs and will be suffering. And only the few post...yeah I'm not so sure about that. I can't imagine anyone at Wells is "happy"!
I was downsized to an individual contributor because I only had 4 DRs. Am i happy??? No. I am not! I worked hard to get where I am and now because of the idiocy of this place and THEIR mismanagement- my career will suffer.
Are the managers that had to deliver the bad news to their values teammates happy? No, I'm sure their hearts were breaking knowing what they are sending these people out into.
No one is happy and if you are I am glad you are NOT on my team. Empathy...it's a great human trait.
My prayers and thoughts go out to ALL affected.
I can't imagine anyone being happy inspite what they post here.
If you are happy what are you doing on this site? After 29 years I only found this being disgruntled.
Happy is a strong word but I do feel blessed to have an decent job right now.
