If I am understanding correctly if you get a 60 day WARN notice but they turn off your access you still get paid for those 60 days? And benefits as well for those 60 days?

You may get called back to provide “personal services” to the newly hired Chase executives.
They’ve all but eliminated working notice period. Too much insider threat risk with everyone working from home.
If you laid off now your lucky, its like getting a rolls royce package. If you still have a job you have to do 2 or 3 jobs. After a while you will wish you were one of these original people let go. Cutting people is extremely expensive.
Ah, OP here. Thanks for the clarification.
Also, keep in mind that if you work with sensitive data or have access privileges those could be cut on day 1.
Your package will detail that as well as your manager.
I didn’t have to work my 30 days or 60 days. My email and all access was cut the day I was notified. It’s not personal, it’s business.
Happened with Wachovia in 2009 and again with Wells Fargo in 2017.
Can you elaborate more on the severance, unless I am blind I am not seeing through the small print and broken links.
yes
Correct. All of the information is on the Displacements page if you search the term “Displacements”. It can also be found in the Benefits book. You are paid during the 60 day notice period whether it is working, partial-working, or non-working. During the 60 day notice period, you can be called back into work at any time even if it is a full 60 day non working notice, which does occasionally happen. After the 60 day notice period, severance pay kicks in.
