For those who are managers and flattened by the spans —- you will be ORC5 or ORC6 with adjusted salary - control organizations are up first. Of course the pay will be adjusted.

How about SORM
why keep expensive demoted staff ? They aren't used to working anyway. I am yet to meet a mgr here who does any work other than attending meetings. We have way too many unproductive individuals here, so it would make more sense to just let those go.
Thankfully, Auto won't have to worry about any of this. Their army of managers with fewer than 7 directs are shielded from layoffs due to the enterprise forgetting that Auto even exists.
Also, on an unrelated note...

@hks+17EIHBj1 - What is IC? Internal Control?
ORC 5/6 are high paid so don't think many managers would even take a salary cut to be honest (ORC5 was equivalent to the prior ORM3; think the ORC6 was a ORM5). you're talking a mid point between 155-225k plus a 30-40% bonus. Of course there can be managers making more.. But I'm sure many would rather keep their job and salary rather than be cut completely.
@dfl+17EIHBj1 Are you talking about the Regional Service Partners/Consultants? How did they perpetrate the account scandal?
for those moving to IC you will be put in a position with similar MRP with no salary adjustment.
They need to get rid of the regional service advisor teams. They’re useless, their roles are useless and they’re the ones that perpetuated the accounts scandal. Sorry I had to rant because I work my a– off everyday while these “advisors” just trot in at 1pm, drink coffee and leave and they’ve been doing this for over 10 years.
