No longer "Team Members".. All verbiage changed to "employee" internally

Doesn't feel like the same company that I started with over 10 years ago who preached PACA. The culture as a whole is definitely going down hill.

While I always thought that the "team member" verbiage was meaningless and unnecessary, it seems like a weird thing to prioritize the expungement of this term across the organization when there is so much more important work to be done.
