Moved on...

I was in a tech position and my health (mental and physical) were going way down... I ended up leaving Wells due to the various issues which I dealt with...

I reported the issues to HR and an investigation occurred but as many have said nothing was done and the retaliations occurred and continued. The people who were reported are still there and in one case got a promotion. I have never ever experienced a UN-professional workplace who just did mouth service and nothing more to resolve the problem. Ethics lines called and nothing done to fix the issues.

I turned in my 2 weeks and left... was the best decision I have ever made... my health (mental and physical) has improved as I no longer have to deal with upper management doing nothing and hiding blatant regulatory and policy violations.

I applaud you for being brave, I have been Applying outside of the company nonstop. My health and any type of confidence I wants had as a business professional has been diminished and one short year, if not within the first two months. I have been challenged and degraded as a human being and no I’m not score and this is not a one off situation. Being in the Charlotte area we clearly have many colleagues that are neighbors and friends who are in a similar predicament.

Hello, I resigned recently from Wells Fargo due to bullying and retaliation. Just filed a eeoc complaint. Had filed with HR prior to that and the investigation was a joke. The ER investigator claimed they called people in my complaint and told my manager’s manager they found nothing. Come to find out the ER person didn’t even call the right people because they told me so. Then, they told me they were instructed by the 4 down manager from the CEO To just close the case. ER is not even independent- the business leaders are dictating to them what to do, and they do it. I can tell you as I write this this morning, I feel so much better that I am out of that toxic environment, and I am going to let the eeoc and my attorneys handle it from here.

@OP+17E8D7px, thanks for your post. This one really is relevant in my situation too. I never worked in a place that does things this way. The country does have laws to ensure there is a minimal level of workplace humanity, but they do not apply here.

I do have offers and this post has helped me to know my path forward as being right.
