Guessing the favoritism and nepotism has trickled down to the CE functions. The CR control group is dysfunctional, playing hiring favorites and doing a good job of screwing up sh–. Raissa is a lame duck leader who’s trying to tote the WFC party line. In the same breadth, Jennifer Aydelott is now the Operations CE leader and it’s ironic some of her leaders were brought over from her previous org. Why do we continue to hurt ourselves and put leaders lacking expertise in these roles? We ate just setting ourselves up for more failure, MRAs and a more depreciated stock price.

We can agree to disagree on JA. I’ve worked with her before and it’s definitely a sorority and if you aren’t in the “clique” as a female it’s frustrating.
The Karma Monkey is slowly making its way through WFC, and clearly has much work to do. The problem however as I see it is allowing those who have been in roles for years (performing average at best ) to remain in the org. Disagree on the Jennifer Aydelott comment. Have known her for years across several organizations and in every org. she is a rising star who is very well respected among her peers for her knowledge and professionalism. In fairness, she often sets the bar very high for others and can lack understanding for those that are not performing to her expectations.
This is no different then what the Indians are doing also. Hiring all their friends for upper management positions or creating a new position for them to come on for.
The “Karma Monkey” has years of material and bad actors to take on. The Aydelott comment is spot on. She has folks in her org that have no business even bagging groceries. I can confirm they are friends she has hired and brought over. It’s cronyism at its finest. Someday, hopefully, someone will see her as the FUGAZE she is.
Unfortunately, nobody cares. Investigating does nothing other than wasting lots of people time that ends in a canned message stating there was no finding or lack of evidence in the escalation. All we can do is hope the Karma Monkey continues to weed out the bad actors.
