Thread regarding Wells Fargo & Co. layoffs

How do they do it? Is it a call with your manager?

Whoe else is on the call? Do you need to see her in person?
What's said? Were you asked any questions.
Do they take your equpiment immediately?
Do you have a chance to ask questions?

So many questions....

Called yesterday by my manager. No information on severance or package, metrics used, guidance, etc... Shut off from online systems within a couple hours. Still waiting to hear by phone or email from someone in HR who apparently will share a package of information.

I was laid off today and it was in a call with my manager that was scheduled last night. She read from a script and had very little information. She said she didn’t even have a say about who was let go. She said I’ll be receiving a packet of info from HR.

Yes. Your manager will call you and tell you they have no information. My DM claimed that it was an collaboration between HR and them and that, get this, it was as a result of "Performance Reviews" but told me they could disclose what metrics were used.

It’s a call with HR. They send you a box to send your equipment back.

Why are you going to start prank calling co workers? I don't know about you but i love Wells Fargo. This place is in a real hole right now but it will turn around. There's a lot of good people at this company.
