Sir you should start an investigative report and post on WHO WAS LAID OFF AFTER REPORTING risk concerns to the ethics line - that is a bigger story
My boss was laid off in Charlotte today. Management seemed to take the big hits this go-round. Heard the STARS program is on the chopping block that would otherwise help people find new roles in the bank.
I did not get laid off today (as far as I know), but we've been told for months that layoffs will happen, but more so to attrition, and that it will take years. Suprise, suprise! Tired of being lectured about "transparency". The only chance at an upper management position is having a career path at JP Morgan.
@vaa that is not the case. EW may have started the cfpb but this administration claimed deregulation. Why arent they stepping in to save us? Probably bc it is warranted! We will suffer for what a handful of jer*s did in management at branches when we had nothing to do with any of it.
I guess that explains some of the recent moves from San Francisco. The toxicity is at an all-time high, and so is the harassment, a slippery slope.
Is there anybody who has an employment lawyer who specializes in cases against Wells Fargo? Asking for a friend, has nothing to do with being laid off it’s being treated like a wounded animal and s-xually harassed and treated differently than others. Layoff layoff would be a blessing

I work in Risk in Charlotte. Next big wave is 12/1/20. I have Strategic confidential info-they're moving the headquarters to New York, San Francisco is gone.
I can confirm we have more than 40000 and growing in India today.

Wells Fargo laid me off in 2019 after 28 years with the company.
The previous management was corrupt and the new line up seems to be fairly similar.
