zz will be happen immediately after one is correctly terminated and their access has been revoked they should not appear in TW either. If they are let go and not appearing zz...there's probably an issue.
Not true. Five managers i know of that were terminated last week all have zz. next to their name in the GAL. All of them are still showing active with no directs in TW org charts.
zz doesn't show up until after 60-day notice period is over. You won't see any of this week's layoffs for a while.

People who were let go last month are still showing up in TW... i wouldn’t use it as gospel.
A few of my co-workers in Research were let go today.
Are you talking about in teamworks? Not the most reliable source. Nearly as bad as watching the total team under Charlie to figure out who got the ax today.
