It seems almost all Commercial Banking job families know whether or not they have a job except for CSMs. Apparently, service team will officially move to Treasury in early November. Is that when they’ll tell the CSMs? Does anyone have any insight on what the plan is or a layoff date for this job family?

Customer Service Manager...which is an inaccurate job title. CSMs manage risk and compliance for the front office. These days, they are rarely involved with customer service matters.
What is a CSM? Client Service Manager?
