All employees should check their performance goals/objectives. My management deleted all of my performance objectives and my feedback – I am in ISC. Very unethical stuff happening here, and the day before layoffs.

The CP&D interface is awful. Navigation is anything but intuitive.
Well, as I've noted over the years, it will be likely be replaced as the evaluation tools have been every couple of years or so.
Managers are NOT deleting info. CP&D is a very different tool now than it was last year, but even displaced employees have to have a final review in there.
RISK OVERLAY is related to things like annual compliance training and stuff. The information we got for applying it was pretty vague, to be honest, but they're just trying to keep risk management in there for everyone, even if there's not a specific MBO for it in your goals.
Unethical across the board and god for bed you would call the Ethics Hotline or otherwise. Fall on deaf ears. A layoff for me would be a true blessing at this point to save my health and sanity

Any idea what Risk Overlay is? That was a new Task added and in the comments it says “Risk Overlay”
My manager still hasn’t entered the most recent review so ... can I count on being laid off soon? I probably wouldn’t bother going to all the trouble if I knew an employee was on the list.

the last response seems like some BS - I just checked mine, saw my past performance, objectives, ratings and feedback in the system. so...
the system does not notify about newly added objectives, modifications or deletions though.... which is shady in itself.
@jpo: This is OP. Managers are deleting info. HR did not give me an answer about any add-in that blocks our view.
Someone in my group just brought this same issue up today during a meeting and the answer was it’s not deleted. The manager on the call responded and stated that Wells recently put in some new add-in to the CP&D tool that now prevents employees from seeing and/or reviewing past reviews or the current review. You cannot not see anything at all except for some current due dates. I was actually wondering the same thing as I could not see my info either when I tried to look at it last Friday. The answer was answered today!
