This is the group that sued sprint and won a massive class action lawsuit for basing pay on surveys. Just type sprint lawsuit sps into google to learn more. I know they would be happy to take the case. I contacted them using a burner account and they won't stop hounding me for an interview.

What trips me out is many of the negative surveys are based on system issues.. example my phone did not activate when I got home. Others often say rep did not transfer all my information.. isn’t this what we were told to do??

The creeping up on leadership comment is right, at least that will be the perception as they blame directors, DMs, GMs, SMs for any thing bad that happens or if some stores attempt to unionize. It’s going to be “yOu dIdNt hAvE tHe rIgHt cOnVeRsAtIoNs”

funny because my store is barely at a 1.5 this month with 30+ promoters 1 detractor and 1 neutral. 1 more neutral or detractor will bring us to a 1.25 or 1.0

We all knew it was coming. They don’t want to pay out commission. That’s why they made the change. Just unfortunately our management made it sound like a good thing.

With ris targets this high get use to busting your azz to hit target commission. Morale is going to go to c-ap

Yeah and what reason do I have to push Get Unlimited. You give me nothing for it but grieve

It should be on a smaller progression. Like,
XX% .9
XX% .95
XX% 1.0
XX% 1.05
XX% 1.10
So forth and so on.
If they want a 1.5 to be 96 % give us an actual chance to make money otherwise.
I remember the days went 73% RIS for vzw and 73% wtr for AT&T was the average.

Very loyal kool aid drinker here and that RIS is already starting to be BS. Started out lower, we got paid okay and not so p-ss-d about team commission, then just keep raising the goals. Only communication and message is an update in your CCRS statement. To drive employee experience you have to think of what your actions say in advance. The grumbling is getting louder on this one. Gonna be one of those creeps up on leadership deals if don't get ahead of it now.

We should all boycot and refuse to sell tmp, accessories, and pull thru until they put our RIS targets reasonable. For God sake their pulse survey gets a 72% and they praise of how good that is.....can't get fired for numbers anyways now.
