I'm just doing the minimum until I get my 11 month severance package.

@dze+178LNEPW nailed it. At this point (20+ years in) I'm ambivalent about it. I'd welcome a package, but I also like most of the people I work with and have a job that I'm very comfortable in at this stage of my life.

If I'm let go I have ideas on what to do next.

If I'm kept I just raise more capital and execute on other longer-term plans I have.

Either way I view it as a win.

You should wait until February for that non-existent bonus.

I'm out of here one way or the other, severance or not.

I was holding out, but it's just not worth it.

I make 6 figures, the benefits are good, I telecommute full time, I like 99% of my peers, it should be a good gig, but the work I do is just soul crushing, and the environment beyond and above my team is toxic AF.

I don't think I can wait for a package, which is probably what the bank wants anyway.

Good luck to all and stay safe.

When the layoff talk first started, I was worried.

Not anymore.

I don't care either way. I'm literally 50/50. Keep me, lay me off, I don't give a shìt.

@qfn, my sentiments exactly. Who in their right mind wants to lose a job?
