Any educated guesses here on the total comp, Saul's direct reports earn? I think Saul is around $10mil?

Saul is busy hiring his buddies from Chase. He has showed time after time in his Ask me Anything meetings that he doesn’t care about the people who have dedicated years of hard work to the company.
Maybe that was including some signing bonus?

Not to mention that for the 2019 figures, he joined in April of 2019.

I would take it and laugh all the way to the bank while sipping my Starbucks coffee. Seriously. You do not do any real work at this level. You simply review other people's work and recommendations and make decisions.
Work at this level is all "broad stroke" ideas that other people have to figure out how to implement. And if you are smart you took everything with you when you left your last company so you can use it.

Just look it up in the proxy. SVB gets 4mill, roughly half of what the other senior execs are getting.
I really hope a fake with an accounting degree does not make that much.
No way does he earn 10mm his directs have salary 500k and what ever bonus.
I would recommending clearing out all leadership in this company and finding leadership that has a successful track record and brining them in.
In a past company i worked with , the board went through 4 CEO's in 7 months, kept firiring them as none were qualifed. Then they found the right person for the role and company has had huge success there.
All i know is my salary s—s here, lowest paying company in the world!
ANyways i got a new role in another company in same area i live in now no need to relocate or jump thru the hoops they want you do here for bad pay. I got a $65k pay increase witht he new company.

Doubtful SVB makes $10mm. Directs are probably around 1-2.
