has anyone watched this episode of dirty money? As a long time branch employee of wells fargo i can attest that this is what went on in the bank branches and isn't over exaggerated. I felt strangely validated after watching it. I didn't realize I had a "wells fargo mindset" from drinking their cool aid for so long. I think instead of harassing us about opening new accounts now they are harassing us to file complaints. Is this some sort of attempt to bury the regulators in needless complaints to slow them down on finding actual important issues we could get more lawsuits and fines from or what the literal f— is happening? Something about it feels off. I feel like we are being manipulated again but I am unsure of the reason so far. We will find out one day I suppose what the real reason is. They always lie to us anyways. CEO is a liar, old CEOs were liars too. I started in this company when I was 20 and didn't know any better. I thought that is how business works, whoever is the best at conning people into a yes answer wins. I couldnt figure out why I couldn't succeed in the ways they wanted me to, and it is because I am a person with a good heart and refuses to lie to people and cause them harm. I knew all along they were screwing the company in the end but now we all get to lose our jobs because of them. Screw this company. They say they are changing but its just more lies and deceit! I'm out.

Who cares pay is bad and environment toxic. Leadership needs to be cleaned out, they mine as well hand this ship wreck over to the Fed to keep, leadership s—s too.
They can keep this for them self and their virus infested offices.
It's interesting that the same Software (Engineering) Manager was over the branch banking system during the time that there were millions of fake accounts opened and now they are over complaints. Coincidence? I think not. They need to get rid of them once and for all.
If anyone believes they didn't know, you need to remember there are metrics that are run and then there are bonuses that are increased due to and increase in volume.
