Talking points for worthless execs

How much time do you all waste putting together talking points for executives to use in meetings so they can act like they know what’s going on but in reality don’t because they have your team wasting hours putting it all together vs them actually taking the time to deep dive and understand so they can speak to the details? It’s rampant in MN org

There are senior marketing teams that spend the majority of their time putting together PDFs for leaders to use in their meetings.

Do you have any idea how many hours go into a JM or ML meeting? We’re talking multiple managers dedicating weeks to a task an admin should be able to do.

Too much time. Also putting documents in multiple official repositories so they’ll know where the documents are except they then just email you to send them to them anyway. Usually after hours.
