Would a merger with another (more stable) bank help us?

Microsoft cant afford even Tic Toc
Any activity would not likely be a "merger" or even an "acquisition" of the entire WF footprint. It's far more likely that the core business lines would be broken up and sold off as separate pieces. That would make it more digestible for smaller banks to participate in the activity of buying pieces of WF business, growing themselves, and forcing the legacy WF systems and processes to go through a maturation process.
It would be similar to Johns Hopkins merging with the plague (WF). WF is a parasite and will consume more than it contributes (see last earnings call).
Goldman Sachs or Microsoft.
no this would be a monopoly and is not legal
No, I don't think so. Mergers and acquisitions is how the mess came to be to begin with.
that would have to be approved by regulators and i doubt that would get a green light.
yeah that should stem the layoffs.
There is no other bank that would want to merge with this dumpster fire of an institution. The rest of the banking world, maybe with the exception of Deutsche, is doing fairly well in the current environment. Wells has been living in a bizarre other world for a long time and is now crumbling.
Merge with AMZN. Oh and by the way, you can't monitor the stocks I buy, Wells Fargo. Screw you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
