Does anyone know about the loan products? What will happen with them?
I don’t mean to be stupid but what is ‘spans and layers’ mean
What do you mean by stalling?
Spans and layers will be a considerable impact. Reorg will align to core products, WIM-wide, as well as capabilities. I've heard there is a lot of stalling going on due to this happening 10/13.
One post states wfa will be a few layoffs... wrong! - the changes last year were window dressing- too many Rp, complex mgrs, that also have mini- managers. Also St Louis is bloated with all the left over empire building from kowatch and his cronies... that said, wealth management will also get prunned deeply
WFA will have a few losses due to the major cuts last year. Wealth is ripe with useless middle managers, project employees and fake strategic/affluent/strategy positions. The amount of “regional” positions in Wealth is insane.
The org structure will be announced in the next few days, Then spans and layers
When = 6 months ago. You should always be prepared. Never too early to start.
I heard that Wealth Management is restructuring in the next 2 to 3 months once Barry gets his act together. There will be layoffs as an output of the restructuring. Meanwhile, I would expect manager layoffs due to spans and layers in October.
I have not-how about WFA?
