Surprised there wasn’t a follow-up leak detailing the homogenous makeup of the operating committee.
When the CEO speaks about "lack of black talent," all he is saying in my view is that very few if any Black job seekers meeting the hiring criteria applied for the particular position(s).
this is old news... the only thing surprising is that it took as long as it did to get published somewhere... someone must have been working hard to get media attention
