The automation is the sending the people who are on the chopping block to the vendor which is providing the e-sign and then the response back.. so yes that automation which is currently not there... no need to be an a– about it...
Automation is out there. Beware
I'm in IT.
We do not automate jack.

i think layoffs have been happening already all over,
“When the automation is in place.”
ROTFLMAO
That phrase has been around WFC for the last decade. Where you been?
@uxh what automation are you referring to? I haven't seen a single thing automated in my small domain of technology.
What are they automating?
Don't bet on IT layoffs being postponed till october... it will be an ongoing thing.. the big layoff will be in october when the automation is in place.... but I would not hold my breath that some layoffs will be this week as well in IT and other places....
Believe it or not but most mployees are clueless. They don't pay attention to the meeting or townhalls. One of my "team members" just learned about mass layoffs but still claims risk management will be unaffected. It doesn't make any sense to me but that's how your average employee handles stress, IGNORANCE and DENIAL.
IT layoffs aren’t until October. If you are in IT you would know this as Saul announced IT layoffs would be in October during his August AMA.
