For those that have been laid off what does the severance package look like from Wells?

@1dus Gotcha, since a couple of WIM folks allegedly got their packages same day two years ago, it's a great use of everyone's time to stalk the Fed Ex guy. I give up.
it's listed in the benefits book - no more, no less. not sure why people keep asking this when you can quite literally look it up if you're an employee. People that think they can "negotiate" and get more are incorrect.
You don’t work here so why do you care?
FYI when WFA had their reorg back at the end of 2019 a few severance packages were sent out before the team member was told. They were for positions that didn't map and where you didn't have to apply for the position. So HR can and will screw up.
- 5 x 11 guy! Freaking brilliant!
I don't understand the obsession on this site about the physical package potentially coming via Fed Ex. Why does it matter where they are mailed from?
Once again, if you want to know if you are being displaced WATCH FOR THE MEETING ON YOUR CALENDAR. It will be from your boss, contain no agenda or details and be for LATER THAT DAY. This is how it's worked for every person I know whose been laid off – whether their package was Fed Ex'd or handed to them in a conference room. If it's Fed Ex'd it arrives the following day, I promise.
HR won't take a risk of you figuring it out the day prior, and taking PTO on layoff day.
Is the severance package sent from NC?
It in the benefits book I believe but works out to about 2 weeks per year of service up to a max of about a year.
It's not massive. It's 8.5 x 11 and probably less than an inch thick. (At least for exempt.)
Depends on how long you've been here and, I believe, whether or not you are exempt.
