At a former employer, D.G. wrote a monthly blog, and in one of his blogs he talks about how important it is to treat employees Well when you lay them off, so they don’t badmouth the company and cause reputational damage. Well, I have and will tell everyone what A hellhole Wells Fargo is and how I have been treated like an expendable piece of sht! As a result, my hairdresser, nail technician, relatives, pastor and family, etc. have already moved their accounts to other banks that I recommended. Word of mouth is a powerful thing and reputational damage is hard to overcome. You multiply this times 60,000 employees and there families, and the board of directors and chuckie babe will be forced to take notice. Karma is a bit*, and what you dish out comes back to you 10- fold.

Lol karma isn't real, that's just a lie to let people think the bad guys will get theirs. If you want justice you have to make it yourself.
Sure, convincing individuals to bank or work elsewhere won't have much of an impact. But speaking out to the media, congressman, or regulators about abuses and incompetence we all see every day can cause snowballing reputational harm. It's worth it to twist the knife on this place. Remember how much exec compensation is tied to stock and try to drive it into the ground, take away its value from the people who did this to us.
This will have zero effect. Even if employees managed to get one million customers to switch, there would still be 69 million customers. The big money is in business accounts, like Google and PayPal, and they are not going to switch because they have to spread their cash across all of the big banks.
People who would refinance a mortgage for spite alone are stupid, and the bank may need to run down credit card balances due to the asset cap.

DG will be out soon. Remember m Sloan hires him. Sloan is a much different guy than the cold as ice chainsaw is. I’m sure DG is struggling to execute whatever chainsaw vision is.
Talk to a local news station! That will help in spreading the word. That is what I am going to do.
