@86pg with or without workforce reduction, regardless mpt or nmpt, if u are communicated to be a low performing employee, and you don't work things to meet the expectations, chances are always higher to get ur head cut off compared to average or high performers. This goes without saying actually, in fact its the same every where you go in the outside world.

“This is your Emergency Broadcast System announcing the commencement of the Annual Purge."

HBF offices will be sold. Staffs there will be relocated to Pioneer. Headcount cut will likely start from there.
No impact to Manufacturing sites except for SOP1 which targetted to be mothballed in 1Q26.
All personnel identified and projected in the headcut will be notified in mid dec 25. 'Fire & Forget' missiles away.
Good luck all.
For the rest especially manuf sites, goals &
targets remain unchanged. Good luck to us as well and may the future be a better one for all.

Will they be given retrenchment fees as per the CA ?

Post ID: @86p6+16zEvLP3

3-4% reduction (per Darren email) is not the same as 3-4% layoffs. There is heavy recruitment in India which means a lot more than 3-4% layoffs in the high cost countries where layoffs are taking place.

@84mk maybe nmpt skillset is not as valued, if we look outside our pay is still competitive. In other words, we have been overpaid for years. Next destination Saudi, like some folks who already went.

OT cuts for NMPTs are synonymous to hammering nails into a coffin. Base salary isn’t great and they rely a lot on OT and weekend work to have a respectable take home pay.

Nmpts pay cut 5%, mpts should lead by example, pay cut at least 10%

When you start turning off the A/C, removing computer monitors, etc. it means that the refinery-chemical facility is for sale.

When you are interviewing for a job, you look for the following:

(1) is landscaping current?
(2) is the grass and tshrubs being watered?
(3) is the paint flaking off tanks, towers, the central office building. etc.?
(4) are there cracks in the sidewalks that are not being repaired?
(5) is there free coffee at the coffee bar?
(6) do you have to bring your own cup to the coffee bar?
(7) is there two-ply toilet paper in the restrooms or 1-ply?
...

If the answer is YES to most of these questions during your interview and walk around the facility, the asset is for sale.

If people forget to follow cost saving rule, 1st timer verbal warning, after 1st time PIP…

Save cost by cutting electricity cost and at the same time can cut human cost as well..

World class company move😂😂😂

Might as well decommission all coffee machine water coolers and ice machine
