Time to throw away the redbull racing shirt, it's now a danger to wear in the public. Always do our LPSA, avoid meeting any unfortunate encounters in the public. Safety comes first and Nobody gets hurt!

One of the big brand names that has fallen from grace. Used to see those donning their coverall proudly air walking around the malls. Used to be the top company that everyone wants to join and retire. hais......

The overpaid are exploiting their people like drying a wet mop, pushes the poor little things down to face the dirt, while they control the movement. Once done, they claim their own effort as if dirtying their own hands. If they don't their boss will do the same to them.

2 camps in the company now.

First, the ones that know this company is in deep sh**t and wants to quit.

Second, overpaid people that know that they're gonna get huge paycuts out there because they can't bring value at all.

Which camp do you belong to anon?

You know the company is doing down the drain when you see your colleagues suddenly appear on LinkedIn and wants to "connect" with you.

You know you are in a sh–ty department when you see these colleagues (middle management especially) spam post things on LinkedIn about leadership, about staying strong and all those bullc-ap before and right after the study (oh and they are not affected by the retrenchment too).

So glad I am out of this sh-thole with a package.

@3nsnx+16zEvLP3 We don’t want interviews, we want the censures! there isn’t any, so anything else is purely wayang from MOM. JoTeo is absolutely c-ap.

how to pretend you care for Sg. Start with distributing hundreds of small grocery packs to Sg blocks, shout out give back community!, later claim back from sg headcount cuts. Hallow? ? ?

What makes you so sure that the Singapore TAFEP is not already interviewing some of the managers?
Many in this forum are really EUT (empty up there) and keyboard warriors ... no wonder deemed as PIP candidate in last round (many gone) and next round (more gone)!

How did P&GA keep wanbao, zaobao and strait times from reporting this stupid PIP mechanism? No one complaining or no one reporting? I believe it’s the latter.

Those lazy reporters are best at snooping around forums to report “news” and yet they did nothing to talk about this. That’s odd!

Such a toxic workplace, how on earth people in this company perform. Why not let the outside world know this company is resorting to black hole PIP to achieve in cost cutting ...what benefit do you gain complaining here..

Anyway to kick out PIP and tell the company this is b—s— and no one, not even the hipos, wants this?!

No sh–, Sherlock. Of course PIP is an effective and cheap way to lay off workers without layoff. That’s why AF got a big promotion to be DW’s executive secretary and now in the staging area in HR for another big job, while you struggle to survive this year’s PIP.

As someone said here before, PIP is a gift for this company.

PIP is definitely a lay off program to cut cost for EM.

Looking forward to the new round of performance assessments or what is also known as the hunger games. Only WIN members are safe I guess.

Using PIP to terminate employees without severance pay. Super big savings for EM.

I have an idea. How about some BTs phase out the RL role and lets see if its gonna make a difference to the BT. I assure you guaranteed cost saving.

And reliability improvement is not the sole effort of the RL. Its the entire PMTE team credit. It is unjust and wrong to credit one person only.

Honestly. Does anybody know what RL really do besides asking questions that anybody can logically ask?

Looking at the number of reliability events we had in 2020. Pretty sure RLs did a fantastic job.

Sg study seems to be about where to cut, so that the mgt can still bag the bucks during tough times. If you see your ang mor boss still around, means the study failed big time.

To SCP our dearest Management

Please get rid dump this useless tool called PIP on Technicians.
Just select and inform tell directly to the faces who em still want and who em wants to dispose dump ok can.
PIP is a total waste of our Technicians time and effort.
Pay us compensate us responsibly as a world class company as em always claimed.
Big boss says the door is always open.
Technicians also wanna say our lockers is all already cleared waiting to go.

Pls be a responsible company if you cannot be world class ok

To Management, please get rid of this role called RL, really redundant and paying so much to them and no much returns.

If you think your boss is a mo–n who knows nothing, why don't you feed false data to him/her? Nothing too glaring obviously, just enough to test their competency. Once you confirm your suspicion, do what you will to make their life miserable. I see many work harder now in hopes of not getting PIPed when all you do is make your boss look even better. Play their game, find your upper hand, don't just bend over and take it.

Leader in name and in compensation. But went hiding for a few months with no voice at the height of crisis, busy trying to do deals with chevron- which as with anything which Woods touch, no progress.

I’d love to hear why he didn’t even go into NSI. On what metric did he get to stay on and still add unqualified board members.

I’d thought anonymous slido questions will be good. Why no such arrangements at the corporate level. At least there’s direct feedback. If a leader is confident, he won’t be scared of what he might see on slido. I thought we hired the best and the brightest. Therefore, surely no one is gg to act in an immature manner and call names right, unless you probably deserve it. #PIPwoods.

RLs are a hilarious bunch. Always asking questions and don't know what's going on. Why do we put someone as an SLS who knows nothing but makes decisions. Pretty sure this is not the only redundant role.

I’m questioning the number of advisors we have. Maybe when we don’t have so many processes, we might be more nimble and require less controls advisors.

Secondly why so many expats in treasurer’s? Thought they wanted to grow Singapore talents. Heard that for 20 years and nothing to show for but more expats. No ang Moh heads rolling?

Reliability Lead and SLS have no constructive valuable input to the corporation. Only create unnecessary input and let the ground working on recycling work and worst of creating more work to the ground workers bees. These are the layers of fat needs to be trimmed off...
