Everyone’s fair game. I expect to see action in October to get the span of control in alignment with the new guidance. There will be a flattening if the organization everywhere.

If the goal is to save 10 billion, every area would probably be exposed to layoffs.
Probably no more than the average for now. Wait for the MRAs to close to see a big clean up. The only reason for that org to have been staffed up was the set of OCC MRAs after the shoreview disaster last year.
Pretty sure that every group will take a hit. If there are managers with limited reports, I think we all agree that they are the first to go.
