Thread regarding Wells Fargo & Co. layoffs

Is there any way to print your mid-year review for 2020 so you can take it with you? Thanks

I've been sending my personal stuff (W2, reviews, etc.) to my personal email ever since I started working here using Voltage. I've never been told that I was doing anything wrong or been asked to stop doing it.

HR poster is accurate. Sad to see how many have not read the Employee Handbook or the training module.

I'm a sr. manager and I've seen employees written up for sending emails to personal email – securely or not. One was ultimately terminated for doing it 3 times (warned for first two incidents).

Don't make it easy for WF to terminate you for cause. You could fight WF in court later, but it's not worth the gamble. I'm saying this to be helpful, not big brother.

Take a picture of the screen. It’s safer and with everyone working from home it will be impossible for any monitoring to detect. HR can technically fire you for emailing it to yourself but I’ve seen one case where a good employment attorney who was representing an employee claimed that the employee did that to protect her rights and copies of all of it would be provided during litigation that her attorney was working on. The point was that the can’t prevent you from collecting evidence of wrongdoing or evidence that shows that your rights were violated. The bank backed off and settled outside court. Very risky and I only recommend doing this after you engage outside council and only if you have a strong case. If that’s not the case, take pictures of the screen and, where legal, record all calls that you’re taking from your personal phone while working from your home and transcribe the conversation later. Google “ single consent states” to find out more. I’m not an attorney but my understanding is that if live in one of the single consent states and the conversation happened on your device while working from your home, it’s off limits for the bank.

If you can’t print it, then take a picture of it through an app on your phone that will time stamp/date it. Make sure to get a shot of every page, including any comments or emails you submitted to your manager about it. You will be glad you did this later, trust me. There’s a reason why employees don’t have access to the HR online tool which houses your previous performance reviews once you’re in your notice period or on salary continuation leave.

"I'm in HR. Just a reminder, you are not allowed to send anything to your personal email, even using Voltage (sending securely). You can be terminated for sending anything to your personal email."

I'm in HR. Just a reminder, you are not allowed to send anything to your personal email, even using Voltage (sending securely). You can be terminated for sending anything to your personal email.

You are only allowed to use Teamworks at home (to access tax-related info, 401K info, benefits info, etc.). Please read the handbook. Employee computer activity is being monitored and WF is looking for any reason to terminate emploees for cause.

Take pictures of it using your iPhone or iPad.

Copy/paste in to an email then send the email to your personal email using the "Send Secure" option, which, when you compose an email is at the top left of the window, it will have "Voltage" underneath the button.

You can send whatever you want in this manner, including PII.

If you can’t export - copy and paste into word then you can convert to pdf or email to your self. It might not be pretty but you will have it

There is no way to print it, save it as pdf or export it to word or pdf. Annual review from 2019 can be printed but mid year review 2020, broken up into sections, rating, overview and individual. Performance objectives, but no way to print the whole thing together.

I have printed my reviews, in the past, with no issues. What problem are you having?
