We just had a team call and we were told more specifically pertaining to Scott Powell’s call and lay offs we will have cuts starting in September next month.

I work in CCIBT, technology arm of th above and have heard nothing.
What is CIB?
I work in CIB and have heard nothing from my boss, a Sr. Dir. He did say that it was possible, but the bigger concern is if CIB shrinks and/or sheds non-core biz areas. But suspect spans and layers and the 1 and 2 rated people will result in people shown the door. We are also not backfilling roles and obviously not hiring unless approval from on high. CIB is rather lean compared to Commercial, so overall in better shape, but no one is safe honestly.
Just for frontline or anyone aligned to CIB?
@pgf hey GUY I gave every detail we got. Person asked can you give us any specific dates head of group said no specific dates but look for it to start I’d say in September. There that was word for word. Does that enlighten or help you d bag?
