These calls will all just be repeats, same old info; i dont waste my time, have too much to accomplish and learn. You can save a lot of time by just asking one of your co-workers for the 2 min summary and that will be enough! No need to waste hours of time!

I think they feel their being transparent but they’re causing chaos among employees. For as senior as they claim to be they really need to take the basics in change management.
