LOL! There has been 0 bonuses paid in April at least in the last decade. Try March next time Trollio!
To the poster finishing the list below:
- Get rid of 75% of controls team because they seem to have some sort of identity crisis going on where they’re interested in doing everyone’s job but theirs. Maybe because it hasn’t been clear from the beginning what they’re supposed to actually be doing.
Just for the CEO not enough to go around blah blah blah listened to excuses for 25 years! Now free !!!!!!!!!!!!!
They significantly cut the dividend and you think bonuses will be paid? There will be no bonuses until they restore the dividend. It’s going to be a couple tough years. I opted to leave because there are too many other great banks to work for where they will pay you fairly than to stick it out and hope Wells turns it around.
Worry about a continue paycheck and not a potential bonus eight months in the future. No guarantee that you’ll still be around.
Good question. I would expect 0. Hope for the best which is probably 50% of target. Just what I have heard.
I wouldn’t plan on any bonus. If they didn’t pay a dividend it seems very unlikely we will get any bonus- and remember, bonus payout is a discretionary item.
Unless you are bringing in revenue, dont expect a bonus. Even if you are in a revenue generating role, dont expect much this April. Be happy you have a job!
Wow, you are worried about a bonus? You are not worried about your job?
We won’t know at what level bonuses/incentive plans are being funded until near or after year end. Once funded, managers and comp work up recommendations that travel a few levels up the food chain to be reviewed.
I would not expect a big bonus for most people. No bonus? Too early to say. Some people who bring in money will probably still get bonuses funded at some level. Cost centers less likely, but still possible for critical, high performing talent.
In short, I would expect incredibly limited, targeted bonuses for 2020, but it’s still early to tell.
