Anyone think they will be reduced as part of the $10b reduction in expenses?

They are not being reduced.
I don't think they will be. Word on the street is folks will begin being laid off soon and to date the policy hasn't been changed from the current 2 weeks pay per year of employment.
No, at least not with relation to the 10bn number. The 10bn was annual costs.
