Wells Fargo has some of the best and smartest people I have ever worked with who deserve much better than how this place has been treating them. Most of the people working here would be considered an asset by a better company, ran by more competent people.
I just wanted to remind everybody that there is life after Wells and there are plenty of other places that would love to have you.

WF is a laggard in technology, culture and leadership.
Wells Fargo is just starting to realize it is manufacturing horse carriages (Stagecoaches) while its competitors have moved forward to automobiles.
The Stagecoach is the perfect branding for nearly obsolete and failing company.
