Come monday morning I will become a Software Engineer at Wells from being a senior developer while working in highly specialized technology with advanced degree. I guess that is mid level right, LMAO!!!

My new manager told me my salary would remain the same. She lied to me.
I should get an increase. When I highlighted her error she said “we will look into it”.
@2w, according to the industry i am way below minimum; how do you know here?

i got title increase to teller engineer but i am not in tech; no pay increase

mine happens at end of month, not really sure if it adds any value as its the same job

I'm going from E-Business Systems Consultant to Technical Business Services Associate.
It sounds like a serious demotion IMO, yet my MRP and Incentive target both went up.
New titles will be applied on Monday for all? Not a word from my manager yet.
Another company will value you, even if WF does not. Don't let WF define your worth.
If it's a straight up SW Engineer it can be anything from more junior to mid level since I think it would have been like ASE4 and ASE5. I think the ASE6 went to Software Sr. Engineer.
