What do you guys think is gonna happen with the current WFH model and layoffs? I know WF is a big on work from home compared to other banks and I think this concept will spread to other roles as well.
I currently live in Nyc and recently joined Wells Fargo. I would love to get transferred to cheaper locations or given the option to work from home permanently which would save the company overhead costs indirectly.
Covid in my opinion is gonna change the office model forever in my opinion. When Mandy was asked these questions here answer was “we will adapt to whatever comes out of this situation”
