wow, thanks for zero worthwhile information, Julia. So far just lots of empty gibberish, some platitudes, and of course several reminders about "the five pillars" and some other new buzzwords that should be parroted. Insightful and inspired? NOT.

For the most part, town hall sorts of things are not terribly useful. You'll get some nuggets but that's about it. Anything drastic wouldn't be shared in a town hall setting.
The biggest question about that "control" organization is wondering WTF they actually do. Dimi came in, built this big org with his people out of NYC (zone 0: read expensive). Then abruptly disappeared at the end of last year. There's several hundred people in an org and I wouldn't know if anything we have to do relates to anything they came up with.
Just looked up the "five pillars" — what a joke. Could not be any more worthless. 5 vague generalities. Doomed if anyone with half a brain actually thinks this nonsense is helpful. Nothing specific, nothing actionable, just another "Word Salad" of corporate gobbledygook. So if you want candor, how about "Epic Fail"?
I find that these type of calls are designed to create stress and anxiety to bring on attrition. There is absolutely zero real information presented. Between the location strategy and now "expense reduction", this has been a year of nothing but psychological games designed to prevent displacement packages as much as possible.
Control executives are the "Dwight Schrutes" of the organization– self-aggrandizing, cut-throat and devoid of any actual skills or leadership ability, but always ready to tell everyone else what they should be doing.
So Control Executives, maybe you can explain "dotted line" reporting? Makes zero sense to me, but seems to be the golden ticket for earning the big executive salary without any real accountability.
This call is nothing more than a waste of time circle jerk, love how Mary just blew smoke up her skirt about how great this place is, sadly I was just screwed over big time by my management (and won't disclose it here as they read this blog). This place is rotten to the core and will never change.
