Some of the comments about sending secure or not are missing the analog loophole.
Everyone has a camera on their phone these days and if you can see it on your screen you can copy it to your pocket.
The OP is right about being wise when posting. But sharing news is what this site is about.
@1djc I never said anything about "sending" the documents out. I said I am "copying" them to my home system. Which can be done very easily without going through their DLP filters. Especially now that most of us are working from home. It isn't that hard...

you are allowed to send your personal stuff to your external email address so long as you use the "Send Secure" option. I do it all of the time. Reviews, pay stubs, benefits., etc.
if its anything sensitive you want to take to your next job take a photo of your laptop screen with your phone.

All of Human Resources is being outsourced by the end of 2021. They will have you work morning, noon and night to put packages together only to let you go too.
lol what a joke. Due to sh– leadership a bunch of people will be out of work. Layer upon layer added in the past several years Cost concerns but we keep hiring Sr level people from competitors. Process on top of process on top of dozens of people opining on how things should happen and it takes forever to get anything done.
