With what? They blew all the money on AOL Yahoo and oath and then destroyed them. They then went and ran off all their talent. Check things out after Dec 2018 they’ve ranked.
Unlikely because TikTok is a new type of medium used mostly by teenagers. VZ usually goes after legacy technologies like AOL.
