Several of us have put 2 and 2 together. There is a group of analytics consultants who are meeting with team members in WIM to determine how they can automate and eliminate your job. If Ashok, p. Street, or his team members set up time to meet with you, the writing is on the wall. You and your team will be gone.

re: DMI – talk about a huge group of people who know how to stop things from getting done and screw up any reasonable way of approaching a solution. God forbid they actually listen to people who have actually done many of the things they want.
It's ironic how a group that's about data management can't seem to figure out how to actually manage it (there are some really good people over though).
This Analytic Consultant who moved in and automated many manual job efforts over the years (sorry that was my job), replacing them with a more efficient automated process, is well over 60 years old now too. Don't think that the older employees are not capable of the most now desired technical skills because they are. We have decades of experience the younger folks do not. You need to gain these types of technical skills too, so you can become the new "automation experts". I may not be the best at every technical level, hate C++ & JAVA, but I do know how to automate manual processes using SQL. Maybe that skill will not be needed in the future anymore either, who knows.
That is the job, as an Analytic Consultant, with my fellow Analytic Consultants in the USA and India EGS team members, that I have had more than once while working at Wells Fargo. Focus is to move in, analyze manual processes like running SAS programs manually. Take the SAS programs and convert them to SQL where the program and process can be automated with the report being replaced from a manually generated Excel file to an SSRS report. Do fear this type of automation effort. I saw many of the employees who were doing the more manual processing leave their department to go to another department, or leave Wells Fargo since their manual jobs were replaced. It happens. True story. That has been part of my job at Wells Fargo. Replace and automate.

Tell them to head over to DMI.. there is a multitude of manual things being done there that could easily be automated using our existing tools. nothing like having a meeting to fill out a spreadsheet based on the verbal input of others.
