How to get a VP/AVP title?

So are the quants in model risk going to get VP/AVP titles?

The corporate titles don’t mean anything- there’s some sites like St. Louis where you had to have a vp or above to get parking but I think that changed.. it doesn’t get you extra pay or severance; that went away with the Wachovia merger. I have an svp title and don’t even put on my email signature ; the only people that seem to think it makes them seem more important.

Your officer title would show in your talent management system profile

Anyone know where you find your officer title in Teamwork’s? I looked under personal info but don’t see it there. Wondering if they took it away and didn’t tell me.

Correct no additional severance benefits on having a officer title. That was changed several years ago due to regulator's.

I see nothing in the salary continuation plan section of the benefits book that says having any VP title grants any different benefit with SCL.

You are not real quants ok? You are just model validators.

No. Those titles confer additional severance benefits
