Zero percent for me
Frederick teams will be gone within a year. A lot will be layed off before end of year.
Heard from a manager a few weeks ago so it’s probably true.

I do not think this is a dooms day profile (prior comment below) - Is this not the profile of many of the top leaders?
Personally I am an over 60 years old, straight, white, female, sometimes making 6 figures (bonus changes) and I am still an internal Wells Fargo employee after having seen many, many of my former co-workers get displaced/laid off. Was a contractor first, then an internal employee for a long time now. Around 10 years at Wells Fargo/Wachovia. I have the current, "critical", technical skills that Wells Fargo needs their employees to have and always can keep up with all of the changes, business or technical. Why I am still here? Yeah, I guess so. Yes I have spent many hours of overtime, week ends, some holidays working and training to keep the job I have at Wells Fargo. We shall see what happens. Resume is updated. Replying to all of the daily emails from outside recruiting agencies wanting me to work for their clients, just in case. Will not be in "shock" if laid off and making plans to move forward and work at a different company if that does occur.

Remember folks all these years you all worked hard and contributed. Getting let go does not make you a worthless individual. Sure your net worth will drop, but your self worth will not. Keep that in mind. If you cannot handle the mental stress of what is going on and the uncertainty, look elsewhere. There are jobs and companies everywhere. Keep a positive attitude and go get 'em!
Submitting a new resume daily for a new opportunity. I am actively looking and most likely others who have maintained a positive attitude and joyful outlook are as well. I'm fortunate that I can move anywhere for the right opportunity.

I am hoping to get a package as part of the next work force reduction. No guarantees of course. But if they off it, I'll take it.

I got an offer!! I think this is a sinking titanic, i dont see any light at the end of the tunnel.
I will be crazy not to take it, since pay is better too!
Quite frankly, knowing this layoff process will take at minimum a couple years has been weighing on my mental health. I don't want to shave 5 years off my life stressing about getting a blank calendar invite from HR to discuss my package. I am currently looking for other opportunities and with any luck something will stick.
