I don’t know why this has take them so long to figure this out. Corruption is deeply rooted. There are way too many mid to low level managers who add little to no value to the bottom line. They spend all their time trying to justify their own existence. Half have terrible soft skills while the other half have no technical nor relevant knowledge.
