Charlie pretty much said that multiple times during the Interview a few days ago with WF Latino Host when she pressed him a few times on what the Company is going to do to promote Latinos.

- Bring in a bunch of his good old buddies and family from Chase/BNY.
- Eliminate Team Members slogan
- Have the worst 2 quarters under his watch in Wells Fargo History.
- Get rid of all old timers EXECS
- Start cutting up to 25 % of employees
- Always have a smirk on his face like he is above us all
- Take 36 million compensation for all the good work that he has done so far.

Classic non-answer from senior management. Translation: it’s not our problem. Manifest your own success and stop whining.
When will the world understand that the key to supremacy is by not having diversity at the tops of government and huge corporations. So for those at the top usually means hiring ethnic people in either non-essential roles or roles with no veto or over ruling power. Diversity results in balance but balance is not what the elites want at all.
Charlie , fix the cap and the other issues! Stop worrying about things that offer no value as the company is in a dire situation! He is useless and doesnt know what is important
