Berry also talks a big game about diversity. Look at finance, outside entry level roles mostly white folks and male. Not many if any diversity. So you mean to tell me that there's no qualified diversity candidates that can be leaders? Give me a break
You do realize the lay off plan was concocted by him a couple of years ago. The new leadership was hired to execute his plan....while he retires.
I do not know why he is being allowed to talk to the press. His days are numbered and we are allowing him to continue.

he obviously has a hard time shutting his hole....
they still have this goal but they cant retain them. they hired thousands and lost thousands. now with covid, all hires are kinda paused depending on need and ratios/budgets. In my experience, it wasn’t retaliation (which i believe happens) it was just so frustrating for our reservist that he left. this place can be infuriating.
At one point a couple of years ago WF had a much- touted stated goal to hire a certain number of vets. The number 20,000 comes to mind but I could be wrong.
They ran some ads bragging about it, but never really had a system in place to flag applications from vets.
Last I heard they had not come close. Whatever happened to that?

If he only knew the reality of the retaliation and sidelining that happens to some of our military reserve employees.
Based on my experiences alone there is no way in hell I would vote EF for being "Best for Vets or Reserve members"
