Hey @1wop, I just want people to say why they say what they say, and not just yell about a certain date.
I appreciate something like this "in the past layoffs happened on such and such a day of the month".
But it's a waste of time when people just post "forget it everyone the end is coming on this certain date".
Tell me where you got that date from.
Otherwise, you are actual fake news, as opposed to news that someone in particular just doesn't like to hear because it hurts his feelings.
And now I'm done, because you and I have no way to stop people from posting whatever they want here.
Stay safe.
@1div, plus it's not "news". It's speculation and gossip, that may / may not be correct. Everyone should be smart enough to know that going in.
We can all pick and choose the threads we read, or if we want to skip the 6 paragraph white papers (TL;DR) but it's annoying when folks attack someone for sharing anything but confirmed facts. I have a feeling those complainers are nothing but trolls themselves, jumping from string to string and calling everything "fake", but providing nothing of value to the conversation. I'll bet they are a joy to work with.
Fake news.
Hey @1jqn,
A short read that contained some information, even a small slice, would be better than a long read of trollish fake newsing.
Too many posts here do not claim any inside information or knowledge.
So they get called Trolls and Fake News, and I really, really dislike the term Fake News, because it's meaningless without evidence of why something is fake.
Fake news again!
Now another thread posting a new date; all we know is it coming in next 8 weeks
I believe you're a week early. Big managers meeting next week.
Well? Have there been any announcements/cuts today?
Ugh, all these "fake news" and "troll" accusations. They show up on every, single thread where someone shares what's new (or not so new) on the grapevine.
If the only thing posted here was solid fact and verifiable truth, it'd be a very quick read.
So if perfect information is what you're looking for, stop wasting your time here and give us all a break from your constant stating of the obvious.
Technology cuts are October, Saul already told us.
I think the OP is just trolling.
But FFS, can we stop saying "fake news"?
I get that it's shorthand for calling the OP a troll, but really, it just makes you sound stupid.
Stay safe.
More. Fake. News.
Dates are 9/22 and 10/20. Managers get emails at 9am on Tuesday with list of employees who are being displaced.
Charlie. Charlie knows
Someone else said 9/22 but who really knows??
@OP+16XX4ZzA. Can you please post the cut days if you are aware of them? Otherwise, what’s the point of going to this site?
I've been in meetings with Nate. He rambles and rarely is coherent in thought. How did this guy get his job?
Tomorrow is not a cut day. I'm not going to post the schedule here, but they are all Tuesdays.
Nate Hermanator did mention 9/16 in Hos townhall last week but have heard zero since, guessing it’s been pushed back, likely because of no plan (what’s new)
I am in compliance and my work has virtually evaporated. I know what comes next and it ain’t a trip to Disney. These ba*. Also, there is no way to survive spans and layers unless they want you to. Employees keep leaving and with no backfills, you will easily fall below 7 direct reports. The deputy compliance officer hands out refills based on politics and not true business need which can be proven by a no braineR attorney.
Well, not sure if its "fake news" or not but Work Is slowing down for me in Risk Management. I am sure it is the calm before the storm. Buckle up ladies and gentlemen...its going to be a ROUGH ride down this cliff.
Yet another useless OP. No new information. 100% speculation. No facts. Waste of time.
Sometime
between now and infinity...doesn't matter.
Prior posts. Who knows. Layoffs coming. Matter of when.
Source?
Fake news. Again.
nope- it's 9/22
