That number doesn't account for MRs, only FEES. Even front line managers don't have their contractors show in their total numbers in Teamworks.

There was a wave of displacements in August, but if that's where you're tracking, you have to also recognize that there will continue to be attrition, contractors reaching end dates, people retiring, people being fired for cause, etc.
